For example, public health actions, (social distancing and mask wearing) can often cause people to feel isolated and lonely.  The results,  increased stress as well as new found anxieties. However, these actions are needed to lower the spread. Coping with stress in a healthy way will make you, the people you care about, and your community stronger.

Stress during an infectious disease outbreak can sometimes cause the following:
