I don’t know why there are no other reviews for this product because I have lived with mine for 3 YEARS. After a stroke, remembering to take my meds is difficult. I have a pile of useless pill organizers that did nothing to remind me when to take my med. Until I found Med-Q digital bill box. I need meds twice a day. That means I had to pay attention to the clock 14 times a week. Med-Q electronic pill dispenser with alarm beeps and blinks on the appropriate box at the times I set once…until I want to change it or shut it off. Even when I’m not home on time the box will beep again to remind me.

My b-i-l has diabetes and doesn’t remember to take his meds on time. He will now!
Now, it can’t help with dementia illness. Someone reliable has to set the alarms and fill the boxes and someone must know what the beeps are about. But for me, as a stroke survivor I don’t need a caregiver to come to give me my pills. If (when) this box eventually wears out you can be assured that I will buy another.

I am very pleased with this product. For the day that it is required to take prescribed medication that chamber lights up. Since I have started using the Med-Q electronic pill dispenser with alarm.
